How to I wash my Lex pieces?

The best way to care for your Lex pieces is with a gentle, cold hand wash. Take extra care to avoid scrubbing with foiled, shimmer & holographic fabrics to preserve the shine & colour of these pieces ♥️

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I use NZpost and have shipping locations visible at checkout for Australia, The United States, Canada, The United Kingdom, Europe & Asia. If you don’t see your country, please let contact me at lexbymadeleine@gmail.com to organise shipping! Shipping times vary depending on location & travel delays. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email once your pieces have been sent. 

Is there sizing information?

Yes! Sizing charts at located on the sizing page here. I highly recommend checking this out before launch, especially for non-adjustable pieces. As these pieces are handmade with a variety of stretch fabrics, sizing can differ slightly piece to piece & fabric to fabric, this will be specified on the product page & on the Instagram @lexkinis.

I recommend that you choose your size for non-adjustable pieces based off of your bust, waist & chest measurements. We will require torso girth measurements from you for one pieces.

Do you offer an SW discount?

Absolutely, this is incredibly important to me! 

Please email lexbymadeleine@gmail.com with your work name & some form of proof, your proof can be whatever you feel is appropriate, I want you to feel safe sharing that info. 

Because of this the discount runs on a moral basis so I ask that hobbyists or civilians please do not apply for this discount.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the intimate & made-to-order nature of Lex pieces, I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your piece arrives with a manufacturer error or if they are the wrong product & not what you purchased. Returns of this nature must be arranged within 7 days of delivery & must be in unworn & unwashed condition.

Are Lex pieces swim safe?

For the most part no, unless it’s stated in the description of the piece. Due to a lot of Lex pieces being foiled fabrics, chlorine & salt water can damage or dull them. They are designed specifically as stage wear but some plain spandex fabrics will be swim safe!

How fast are items shipping?

Each Lex piece is handmade-to-order and part of a limited edition drop, therefore have a lead time of 2-4 weeks before being shipped to provide enough time for the creation process. I aim for 2 weeks but depending on the size of the drop, it can take longer.

Can I buy Lex if I am not an SWer?

Lex pieces are designed with spicy dancers & the club in mind. I ask that hobbyist or civilian customers who'd like to purchase are committed to being informed & active allies to swers, alongside continuing the work required to learn and respect the values this brand stands for. This aesthetic was built on the back of swers hard & dangerous work, therefore respect must be paid & support must be plentiful.

Do you offer rushed or custom orders?

Yes! Custom orders are available & can be made quickly but these rush orders are subject to what fabrics I have on hand & my availability. If you’re in a rush & need something fast, please dm @lexkinis to organise this.
